BTC Headcanon #1 - Karkat has freckles
Not a whole lot, mind you, but just enough to make him look fucking adorable, right across the bridge of his nose and the top halves of his cheeks, below his eyes. His freckles are small and subtle, but if you look, you'll see them, though just like with normal freckles, his are pretty much overlooked most of the time since they're always there.
Some other characters with freckles are: John, Eridan, Jade, Nepeta, Meulin, Aranea
EDIT: THIS HAS BEEN PROVEN TO BE CANON FOR KARKAT!!!

BTC Headcanon #2 - Striders are NOT ticklish
Try all you want, but whether it be Dave or Dirk, you won't get a single giggle out of the Striders. No matter where you try to tickle them, you'll simply be met with a straight face and a raised eyebrow. While Dave may jerk away, it's simply due to disliking people trying to tickle him. Dirk, on the other hand, won't even give you a flinch.
BTC Headcanon #3 - Serkets are French.
On page 004173 of the comic, Vriska actually speaks (or thinks) French, and the panel before says "Guillotine de la Marquise".
The guillotine was a device used to decapitate people, primarily in France during the early years, and its name is of French origin as well.
And as we know, Vriska's ancestor is Marquise Spinneret Mindfang. Again, another instance of the French word "Marquise", which "is a nobleman of hereditary rank in various European peerages and in those of some of their former colonies" (-Wikipedia).

BTC Headcanon #4 - Captors have (long) split tongues
From what I've experienced from voiceplaying as Sollux and Mituna, to get a good lisp one must push their tongue closer to the front of their mouth. So by my theory, if the captors have a natural lisp, they probably have longer tongues than what fits with their jaw sizes. But that being said, there are humans with long tongues that have no speech impediments at all, thus hinting that there might be something else going on, possibly with a Captor's tongue, such as it being split down the middle. The headcanon of Captors having "two of everything" supports this as well. I would like to note, however, that when I say "long split tongues", I don't mean like a snake. They're not that long, nor that thin.
BTC Headcanon #5 - Three and a half 'Tunas
When most people play Mituna, they often misplay his as being adorable and child-like. While, yes, that's part of his personality, there's also the rest of his persona to remember: Asshole Mituna, Perverted Mituna, and Adorable Mituna. At the same time, there's the underlying past-Mituna, as in the guy he was before the accident. Ass-tuna, Perv-tuna, and Adora-tuna (as I call them) are parts of the original Mituna that have been exaggerated since his accident.
BTC Headcanon #6 - Captors are (grayscale) colorblind
Not to say that everyone with heterochromia is colorblind, but it almost seems to make sense. Not only do the Captors have two differently colored eyes, but they don't even look like average eyes for their race. They have no pupil or sclera, but instead their eyes are 100% color. Sollux and Mituna are very exact about what colors they wear (yellow and black, blue and red), colors that, if looked at through a grayscale filter, are clearly different in shade. This could be to prevent their own confusion over what color they are wearing should the subject or issue arise. In reality, though, despite there being no solid evidence to back this headcanon up, it somehow just seems to make sense.
BTC Headcanon #7 - Captors can't swim
Sollux and Mituna have very different reasons for why they can't swim. For Sollux, it's simply because he never bothered to learn. He didn't want anything to do with Eridan, so despite his matespritship with Feferi, he decided swimming wasn't an option. Along with that, he's much happier near a computer, which is nowhere near water. Swimming and computers essentially have nothing in common.
As for Mituna, his freakouts and seizures make him incapable of keeping his head above water. He could be fine and coherent one moment, and flailing about and drowning in the shallows the next.

BTC Headcanon #8 - Seadwellers can share oxygen underwater
Having both gills and lungs, it makes some amount of sense for an Ampora or Peixes to be able to filter the oxygen in the water into actual oxygen that coild be directly transferred to a drowning land troll, as long as they don't use the oxygen for their own bodies. It's a technique that takes some practice, but it could prove quite effective to a seadweller that wants to show their landwalking friend the beautiful sea life.... or have makeout sessions underwater. Especially considering it requires mouth-to-mouth contact.
BTC Headcanon #9 - Equius's protection over Nepeta
Equius was never protect from discovering porn at a young age, and he's embarrassed about how it's made him over the sweeps. So he shelters Nepeta from it as much as possible so she doesn't turn out like him.
